Our story
Why North Within
North Within takes its name from a simple idea: we all carry a north star, a sense of direction within us.
Sometimes that direction is hazy, or sometimes it is already clear, but there is a gap between knowing and doing. Either way, the work begins at home: by understanding where you are, where you wish to go, and building the skills, resources, and self-belief to move towards your destination.
My own path into this work began as a volunteer trainer in college, creating awareness about the prevention of sexual harassment amongst children. That experience first showed me the importance of creating spaces where people feel safe enough to speak, question, and learn.
Over the years, that grew into a career across training, learning design, and coaching. Along the way, I kept noticing the same pattern: capable people often already carry more answers than they realise. What they need is the right space, the right questions, and the right tools to find those answers and build from there.
That's what North Within is built to be. That space.
North Within is about helping people find clarity, build confidence, and live more balanced, intentional lives, writing their own stories of success on their own terms. And creating more moments where they feel capable, fulfilled, and truly flying high.

Our approach
Four ideas shape every session and coaching conversation.
Psychological Safety
Real safety is the permission to be honest. Every session creates space to be imperfect, question, experiment and learn.
Experiential Learning
People learn differently when they are part of the experience. Sessions use activities, reflection, and real practice to move beyond simply hearing about an idea.
Self-Awareness
Lasting change begins with awareness. We start with existing strengths and patterns, then build from there.
Transfer of Learning
Insight matters when it changes what we do. Every experience moves towards a real next step, small enough to be practical and sustainable.
Her work style draws on visionary, mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioural approaches and positive psychology, along with NLP tools, shaped around what the person in front of her actually needs.

In closing
You don't always need someone to tell you which way to go.
Sometimes you need a space to pause, understand where you are, ask better questions, and reconnect with what you already know to figure out a way that's true to you.
That's the work we do at North Within.
